Proverbs 7:6 For at the window of my house I looked through my casement,
7 And beheld among the simple ones, I discerned among the youths, a young man void of understanding,
8 Passing through the street near her corner; and he went the way to her house,
9 In the twilight, in the evening, in the black and dark night:
10 And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart.
The verses 6 through 23 are going to tell a story from the view of someone looking at the story taking place. We start by seeing a young man who is her called simple and it is became he is unlearned at this point of the understanding gained from the wisdom of God. The young man starts off by putting himself in the wrong place at the time. He walks down by the harlots house in the evening after dark hoping not to be seen. Most people believe you can hide sin in dark and no one can see what you are doing but nothing is hid from God. Now because he was walking by the harlots home guess what she steps out to meet him and of course she is very convincing with her enticement. Is this not just like any sin if we give it a chance to enter our life Satan will use means possible to make sure we carry through with what we should not be doing. We will see just how far Satan will go with this saga in the next few verses.
