Revelation 6:1 And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
Now we begin the 7 years of tribulation, starting with the four horsemen. the with a bow and a crown but no arrows so he conquers by diplomacy could very well be where the antichrist begins his rule of false peace.
I love my mom so much! I love her so much I like to eat her stuff. I eat her combs and brushes, I eat her shoes (the insides are great) and her shoe laces…. see that pretty blue tennis shoe? I chewed the rubber lace in two pieces. she had to tie it in a knot to wear it.
and see those cute sunglasses? I chewed one of the arms off it. I chewed her reading glasses too.
and see her riding boot? I chewed the tab that goes over the zipper- she found someone who could sew a new tab on there so she can still use them.
and just last night, I chewed her pink head band – she can still use it too; it’s just a little ragged on one edge.
I just love my mom – so I want to be close to the things that smell or taste like her… I make a bed out of her shirt or jeans; I stick my head in her purse to see what she’s got in there that might be good; I stick my nose down in her boots and shoes to smell them.
Now my mom laughs at those dog shaming pictures on Facebook but she would *never* do that to me- it would embarrass me! I really didn’t want her to take a picture of those things at all – see that other picture? I’m trying to stop her.
Because as much as I like chewing her stuff, I don’t like making her feel bad- when she talks to me about chewing, I try to kiss her and get up in her lap and show her how sorry I am. and I really am sorry, when I finally get caught.
I want to be a good dog and not eat her things but sometimes it’s just too tempting. I’m so glad my mom loves me!

I Corinthians 10:13 No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, and He will not permit you to be tempted above what you can endure, but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that you may be able to bear it.
Revelation 5:11 And I beheld, and I heard the voice of many angels round about the throne and the beasts and the elders: and the number of them was ten thousand times ten thousand, and thousands of thousands;
12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing.
13 And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.
14 And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.
Here a number to large to put a figure to was praising Jesus who was in control of everything. Also every living creature giving honor to Jesus and the ones that were praising God and Jesus to begin with agreed with them all and continues to worship them forever
Revelation 5:5 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
7 And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.
8 And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.
9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;
10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
Here John finds out that there is one that can open the scrolls and that person is the Lamb of God or Jesus. The elders from earlier now fall down to worship Jesus and He takes the book out of the hand of God. Jesus is the only one worthy to open the seals because of sacrifice He made for us to make us kings and priests with Him so we can reign with Him.
Revelation 5:1 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?
3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.
4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.
As chapter 5 begins we see there is a scroll that is sealed with seven seals, the completeness of God. It says a strong angel cried out looking for someone to open the book. This lets us know that even a strong angle could not open the seals much less a man. It saddened John that no one was found worthy to open the seals.
Revelation 4:6 And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.
7 And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.
8 And the four beasts had each of them six wings about him; and they were full of eyes within: and they rest not day and night, saying, Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, which was, and is, and is to come.
9 And when those beasts give glory and honour and thanks to him that sat on the throne, who liveth for ever and ever,
10 The four and twenty elders fall down before him that sat on the throne, and worship him that liveth for ever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying,
11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
To me in this scripture is good example of how God is being praised in heaven now and how we will praise him when we get there. Also how we should be praising him now while we are still here on this earth because of what he does for us each day.
In verse 1 John is called up into heaven which represents the rapture of the church. As verse 2 starts he says immediately he is in the spirit and for him to be able to see what he is going to be shown he has to be in the spirit because of his physical condition. He had been boiled in oil and his eyes had been removed, so this lets us see if we let the spirit guide us God can allow us to see the things we need to see.
Revelation 4:2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.
4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.
5 And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.
Mom and Dad went on vacation (whatever that is) and I got to stay home with Dr G and Ms Regina. When they got back Mom’s purse smelled funny, so I stuck my nose in and found this thing that’s fuzzy like my stuffies; I carried it around the house until Mom saw me and took it away from me. She said it was her ‘possum and I couldn’t have it because I like to pull all the insides out. (she never lets me have any fun.)
She said they got it up on the top of a mountain at Clingman’s Dome, and she wants to keep it to remember the trip by.
So, now the ‘possum is stuck way up on a shelf where I can hardly see it much less play with it.
Where is that cat when I need him?
In the last couple of weeks i have posted about the seven churches in revelation. Most people agree that we are in Philadelphia church age which I think is true if the church is preaching and teaching the true word of God. You can also look at the other churches and see where even today there are churches committing the same things that God hated. The message is still the same today for those churches as it was when John wrote these scriptures, they just have to repent and God will grant them a place in heaven with Him. Now if y’all interested we will go through the rest of the book of Revelation and I wouldn’t mind comments from anyone would share their opinion on the scripture posted.
Revelation 4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.
Revelation Chapter 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.
17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:
18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.
19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.
21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.
22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
"For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one." I John 5:7
