Galatians 3:8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.
These verses are telling us that the Gospel was preached to Abraham because the scriptures say that through Abraham all nations shall be blessed. This also includes the gentiles to whom Paul preached and even unto us today.We are children of Abraham, because we have faith as he had faith.The justification of the heathen is in Jesus Christ, because they believed. The Old Testament predicted that Gentiles would receive the blessings of justification by faith, as did Abraham. Those blessings are poured out on all because of Christ. Faith pleases God.
