Proverbs 30:32-33

Provebs 30:32 If thou hast done foolishly in lifting up thyself, or if thou hast thought evil, lay thine hand upon thy mouth.
33 Surely the churning of milk bringeth forth butter, and the wringing of the nose bringeth forth blood: so the forcing of wrath bringeth forth strife.

These last two verses tell us that if we have acted stupid in in thinking or planning evil, keep it to yourself and ask forgiveness from God and not man who will condemn you.
It goes on to say that forcing wrath will bring problems enough just like you churn milk for butter, and wringing of the the nose brings blood. These things in last verses let us know that we need to try to keep our minds focus on the God and what his will is for us and not worry about what man thinks if it conflicts with God’s will. This whole chapter has shown us a lot ways our society is acting today, good and bad, but lets us know there is a lot of work to be done before Jesus returns.
