Proverbs 25:1-3

1 These are also proverbs of Solomon, which the men of Hezekiah king of Judah copied out.
2 It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.
3 The heaven for height, and the earth for depth, and the heart of kings is unsearchable.

The first verse here tells us that this is where King Hezekiah had the wisdom of David and Solomon to try to bring revival to Judah. In verses two and three we see where there is a comparison to God and the king. God’s knowledge is above all human knowledge and we know God still conceals His knowledge from us specifically about the end of time. He also reveals knowledge and wisdom to us as He sees we can handle it. A man can never search out all the heavens and cannot go to the center of the earth, neither can he really know what is in the heart of a king. From this we learn to be patent and let God give us what we need when we need it.
