One of my favorite things to ‘shoot’ is sky scenes, especially when the clouds are so beautiful. I’ve always imagined Jesus’  return will look similar to this. That old song says, ‘the clouds will roll back like a scroll’…

I love this time of year- these beautiful yellow flowers always bloom in random spots in my yard. I think these are the ones my grandmama used to call ‘butter and egg’ – to me, the blooms are the right color.

I’m so thankful I live in a spot where I can see so many beautiful things in nature.

Pool’s Covered Bridge at the Pioneer Museum of Alabama in Troy, is one of the few remaining covered bridges in the state.

After crossing the bridge, you can see the church and take a walk along the nature trail.
